Workshops, writing and new work with QExtra
Alongside our in-house productions and classes, our QExtra programme offers a chance for members and non-members to explore new writing.
Throughout the year, we offer opportunities to present new work and explore theatrical approaches in both our Playhouse and Studio spaces. We bring together upcoming writers, directors, actors and students to experiment in a real working theatre.
Our programme of events includes:
- Open mic nights
- Theatre composer workshops and recitals
- New play readings
- Workshops on monologues
- Sensibility, style and theatre poetics
- Directing for stage and screen
- Member led events.
